- PLEASE NOTE ALL TICKETS INCLUDE THE TICKET AGENTS BOOKING FEE.
- WEEKEND EVENT TICKETS can be purchased for the Full Weekend of music, from Friday to Sunday, for either Non-Camping or Camping. Camping includes early arrival camping on the Thursday night and the campsite closes on the Monday afternoon. The tickets are broken into two age brackets, Adults 16+ or Age 5 -15 at the time of the festival. Infants 5 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

- HOW TO ORDER: CAMPING TICKETS CAN BE CHOSEN ON THE FIRST TAB OF THE TICKETS PAGE UNDER ACCOMODATION. LIVE IN VEHICLE TICKETS ARE ALSO ON THIS TAB, AND YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE A PER PERSON CAMPING TICKET. THE TICKETS TAB HAS NON-CAMPING TICKETS FOR BOTH THE WEEKEND AND INDIVIDUAL DAY TICKETS. THE ADDONS TAB HAS ADDITIONAL EXTRAS SUCH AS VIP ARENA ACCESS OR GLAMPING TO ADD ON TO YOUR ORDER. GLAMPING TICKETS REQUIRE A WEEKEND CAMPING TICKET.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS Anyone UNDER 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (age 18 or above) at all times.
- CAMPING TICKETS ARE FOR THE TENTS CAMPING SITE AREA and are charged per person. They include free vehicle parking in the secure camp site car parking section. For safety reasons, vehicles cannot park immediately next to tents, but will be located in the secure parking section, immediately next to the tents' camping area. You will be able to unload your camping gear near your pitch, on arrival, and will be given assistance from our team of helpers. If camping in a caravan. Motorhome, camper van or trailer tent, you will also require a LIVE IN VEHICLE PERMIT.
- CAMPSITES There are 3 campsites - RED PREMIUM (NEXT TO THE MUSIC ARENA), WHITE GENERAL & BLUE QUIET/FAMILY sites. Please see our Camping Info page for full details.
- LIVE-IN VEHICLE PERMITS are charged per live-in vehicle, (not per person) in addition to the Camping Tickets per person, for camping in a motorhome, caravan or campervan and will be located in their own section. For example, 2 Adults camping for the weekend in a motorhome/caravan, would require 2 Adult Weekend Camping tickets plus 1 Live-In Vehicle Permit. The Live-In Vehicle Permit can be ordered on the accommodation tab of the ordering process, after choosing how many camping tickets you require, and there are 3 size options for the permits (see next point, below).
- Live-In Vehicles require a Live-In Vehicle Permit (one permit per vehicle), in addition to a camping ticket for each person. For 2025 we have introduced 3 different sized Live-In Vehicle Pitch Permit options, which are:
- REGULAR LIVE-IN VEHICLE PERMIT with a 6 metre X 6 metre sized camping pitch space.
- LARGE LIVE-IN VEHICLE PERMIT with a 7 metre X 9 metre sized camping pitch space.
- PREMIUM LIVE-IN VEHICLE PERMIT with a 7 metre X 9 metre sized camping pitch space PLUS electric hook-up included for the full weekend. You will need to bring your own 25 metre cable for a 16a connection.
Please note ONLY the PREMIUM LIVE-IN VEHICLE PERMIT has an electric hook-up included. Kindly choose the Permit size you require, carefully, when ordering your tickets.
- DISABLED ACCESS TICKETS: To obtain access to these facilities, you will need to contact our team to ask for an Accessibility Questionnaire which is used to help determine exactly which areas are needed to enhance your experience. Please email us at [email protected] or via our Contact Page
- CARERS: If you are disabled and require the assistance of a carer you may apply for a free Carers Ticket to accompany you at the festival. If you wish to apply for the same please email us at [email protected] or via our Contact Page
- GLAMPING TICKETS are for a luxury Glamping package for up to 4 people. The price is for the whole package, not per person. Please note the ticket is for the Glamping Package only and each person must also have an individual Weekend Camping Ticket. For full GLAMPING details please see our Camping Info page.
- POSH TOILET & SHOWER UPGRADES (one per person) give access to the new luxury shower and toilet, separate enclosure area, that has dedicated luxury showers and luxury flushing toilets, staffed throughout the weekend, and also include phone charging points. They are available and are per person and must be purchased in addition to a weekend camping ticket. For full details please see our Camping Info page.
- VIP Arena Enclosure Area tickets give access to the exclusive hospitality area, in the music arena, in a luxurious heated marquee with soft furniture, private bar with premium range, exclusive DJs and a covered outdoor area with fire pits and premium outdoor seating. These tickets are per person and must be purchased in addition to a weekend camping or non-camping ticket.
- We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

- If camping in a tent please use the WEEKEND CAMPING tickets option with one ticket per person camping.
- Scooters will automatically be given access to the secure Scooter Camping Section (where you park your scooter next to your tent).
Motor Home/CARAVAN/CAMPER VAN/LIVE-IN VEHICLE Info
